ABA’AD Contracting Company (A.C.C.) was established in 1998 as a limited liability company based in Ramallah, West Bank. Since 1998, A.C.C. has built a reputation as a premier contractor in the West Bank, driven by a passion for excellence as instilled by A.C.C.’s founders Osama and Reem Amro. As a result, our client base has grown consistently since day one, culminating today in annual revenues of 8 Million USD.

 

We have constructed and leased tens of thousands of square meters of residential and commercial space in the West Bank since 1998. Our projects have included academic buildings, mixed use office and retail centers, condominiums, town homes and private residences. Our highly experienced team is committed to achieving our clients’ goals by implementing high quality construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

 

Many things set A.C.C. apart, however none more so than our reputation for safety and quality control. We have developed our own quality assurance procedures which begin during the pre-construction phase with in-house plan reviews, budgeting and value engineering services, as well as subcontractor selection. Prior to beginning work on a project, we hold a series of pre-construction conferences in order to ensure optimal coordination of the various phases of work, as well as monitoring shop drawings for adherence to plans and specifications, maintaining a clean and safe project site, and employing qualified and competent field supervision.

 

Safety is a primary concern throughout the duration of any construction project. Here again, our in-house safety procedures have proven highly successful at minimizing hazards and eliminating risks on-site, as demonstrated by our exemplary track record. All A.C.C. site managers have been trained and certified according to international site management safety standards. We mitigate risks by enforcing strict early planning protocols for all stages of the project, by encouraging intensive monitoring and communication, as well as by holding weekly toolbox talks for operatives and issuing weekly safety reports.

 

Ultimately the quality of our work speaks for itself, and our clients have responded in a resounding fashion, by awarding us with new contracts and referring us to new clients.
